At GEARWORKS, we operate furnaces of various types and sizes which enables us to perform all basic heat-treatment operations.
Our largest electric bogie hearth furnace measures 2400 x 3100 x 5400 mm
The largest carburizing furnace has a diameter of 3300 mm
We harden in both oil and water baths as well as in a polymer bath.
Within this production program we offer:
- Full annealing and soft annealing to reduce internal stress
- Cementing
- Hardening and tempering
