GEARING

GEARWORKS is a producer of all common types of gears thanks to our wide-range machinery portfolio. We are proud to have classic hobbing and shaping machines as well as the most modern specialized CNC machines for the production of non-standard gears. We are one of few companies that produce GLOBOID worm gears.

We refine the gears in our own tempering plant, or as the case may be, we carburize and case-harden them.

Our CNC grinders are used to finish gearing according to the required accuracy.

CYLINDRICAL GEARS WITH EXTERNAL TOOTHING

• Spur, helical and double-helical gearing
• Range of modules: Sizes 0.5 to 30 mm are produced by hobbing method, modules over 30 mm are produced on CNC machines
• Maximum gear diameter: 4200 mm
• Maximum gear diameter for grinding: 2000 mm

CYLINDRICAL GEARS WITH INTERNAL TOOTHING

• Spur and helical gearing
• Range of modules: 0.5–20 mm
• Maximum diameter: 1500 mm
• Maximum gear width: 400 mm
• When using special tools, the stated values may be higher.

BEVEL GEARS

• Straight, helical and spiral gearing (cyclopaloid - Klingelnberg)
• Production on CNC machines
• Basically unlimited module
• Max. diameter: 3000 mm

GLOBOID WORMS AND WORM GEARS

• Due to its excellent properties, this type of gearing is replacing conventional cylindrical worms in our production programme.
• Production on CNC machines
• Axial distance of gear-pair: 160–1000 mm
